Hello I’m Cai, a 22 year old college student living in the UK. I’ve always had a curiosity with the mind, how it works and how our thoughts and feelings dictate our lives, on top of that I’ve had my own personal struggles with porn addiction and compulsive behaviours so I am excited to explore all of these subjects through this blog.
